Crockpot Chicken Parmesan Soup

In your crockpot add:
- 2-3 pounds chicken cubed(if you would rather shred your chicken when finished cooking there’s no need to cube)
- 1 can crushed tomatoes 28oz
- 1 can tomato sauce 28oz
- 4-5 cups chicken broth (4 if you’d like it a bit thicker)
- Season with a 1.5 TBSP of Italian seasonings
- 2 tsp red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper
- 1/2 an onion chopped
- 2 TBSP minced garlic
Cook on high 3-4 hours and then shred chicken
Then add:
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan
- 1 cups shredded mozzarella
Cook another 15 minutes
Add 1 pound cooked noodles
Enjoy topped with extra shredded Parmesan and croutons!!
