Nacho Spaghetti

Ingredients 

  • 1-1 1/2 pound ground beef
  • 1 can fiesta cheese soup
  • Around a cup of whipping cream
  • 1 can rotel
  • 2 cups shredded Mexican blend cheese
  • Packet of Taco seasoning 
  • 1/2 an onion diced 
  • 1 jalapeno (optional)
  • 16 oz of spaghetti noodles cooked
  1. Cook ground beef with your diced onion.
  2. Add your taco seasoning per packet directions.
  3. Lower heat. Add fiesta cheese soup, then fill up that same can with whipping cream and add it in too. Add rotel, and jalapeno chopped.
  4. Let cook for a minute or two while stirring.
  5. Add 1 cup of shredded Mexican blend cheese. Wait 5-10 minutes until cheese melts completely and it’s no longer stringy. 
  6. Add cooked spaghetti noodles to your sauce. Mix well.
  7. Top with another 1/2-1 cup of Mexican blend cheese to the top and cover until melted.
